Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms govern use of the Remote Army platform at app.remotearmy.ai and api.remotearmy.ai, including the SoniqCX agent portal (the “Service”), provided by Remote Army (legal entity name, “Remote Army”, “we”). By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation that gave you access.
If your organisation has a separate signed agreement with Remote Army (for example a partner or services agreement), that agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms.
1. Accounts
- Accounts are created by an administrator; the Service has no public sign-up.
- Keep your sign-in secure and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
- Tell us or your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend an account to protect the Service, its users or the people whose data it holds.
2. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access data you are not authorised to see, or try to get around access controls;
- copy customer data out of the Service except through its exports, for the purpose it was provided;
- upload information you have no right to share, or contact people in breach of telemarketing, do-not-call or consent laws;
- interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it to send malware or spam;
- log a sale you did not make, or misrepresent a sale, an outcome or a customer's consent.
3. Partner data and responsibilities
- Partners keep ownership of the customer data they provide. They confirm they have the right to provide it and, where required, the customers' consent to be contacted.
- We use Partner data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and the Partner's agreement.
- Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the sales, refunds and cancellations they report, which drive invoicing and commission.
4. Sales records, invoicing and commission
Sales are credited according to the Partner's confirmed records. Invoices, billing locks and commission follow the Partner's agreement and Remote Army's published processes. Figures shown in the Service before a sale is confirmed or invoiced are provisional.
5. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and documentation, belongs to Remote Army or its licensors. You get a limited right to use it for your organisation's business while you have access. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
7. Disclaimers
Except as stated in a signed agreement, the Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated summaries and analysis may be inaccurate and should be checked before you rely on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Remote Army is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount specified in your organisation's agreement, or the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending access
Your access ends when your organisation or an administrator closes your account, or when your organisation's agreement ends. Data is then handled as set out in the Privacy Policy and that agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of state, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of county, state, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
